Reservation & Payment:
A non refundable deposit of 50% is due when your reservation is
confirmed. Payment is due by wire transfer or credit card via our
secure online server. Once payment has been received you are agreeing
to all Harmony Condominium Rules and Policies. The remaining balance is
due 7 days prior to arrival by Wire transfer, credit card or in cash
upon arrival.
Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit of $1000 USD must be paid in cash upon arrival.
This deposit is fully refundable upon departure provided that all
personal and real property are in the same condition as when occupancy
commenced and all terms of the rental agreement are met.
Arrival and Departure
Check-in time is not before 3.00pm and we ask you to leave by 11.00am
on the morning of departure. Please confirm earlier check in and later
check out if necessary with our local rental office
Security
Harmony provides full time 24 hour security personnel to ensure the
safety and well being of all guests and residents. At check in you will
receive your security renter card. Please carry the security card with
you as this card is necessary to enter the property. Security passes
will be issued only to the renters. No outside guests or entertaining
is permitted. All security cards and keys must be returned at check
out. There is a $20.00 USD charge for lost security cards and/or keys.
The security personnel may at any time request anybody to present his /
her security card, be it at the entrance or inside the development.
Harmony Condominium Rules and Policies
Harmony is a private residence, not a hotel. Most condos are occupied
by their owners creating a quiet, enjoyable and very secure place to
live. Please help us to maintain this peaceful environment by
respecting the condominium rules.
- No pets are allowed in or on the property
- Avoid excessive noise, especially at night
- Drug usage and prostitution are strictly forbidden.
- If you have a car, use only the parking place assigned to Apt #212.
- No topless sunbathing.
Waiver and Release of Liability
The owners of Harmony Apt#212 and / or its rental agent, its officers,
servants, or employees do not accept any liability whatsoever for
death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or
personal effects however caused as a result of the use of the condo
including the pool. The owners of Harmony Apt#212 or its rental agent,
its officers, servants, or employees cannot be held responsible for
loss of mains services, or failure of appliances nor for the
consequences of the actions taken in the vicinity of the property by
any authority over which there is no control of. The owners of Harmony
Apt#212 and / or its rental agent, its officers, servants, or employees
cannot be held responsible for any ongoing construction, alterations to
existing homes, or any noise as a result thereof on or around the
community.
The owners of Harmony Apt #212 and / or its
rental agent, its officers, servants, or employees accept no
responsibility for, and shall not be liable in respect of loss, damage
or delay which is caused by events outside the homeowner's control. For
example adverse weather conditions, airport closures, war, terrorism,
earthquakes, floods or strikes.
The property has a swimming pool and the
owners of Harmony #212 and / or its rental agent, its officers,
servants, or employees do not accept any liability whatsoever for
injury including death however caused, as a result of the use of the
pool. There is no lifeguard and guests agree to use the pool at their
own risk and not allow unsupervised children to use the pool. No
diving, running or jumping is allowed in the pool and surrounding area.
As all rental condos are independently owned
by national Dominican companies, all legal claims have to be filed in
the judicial district of Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic.
